During out-of-hours the St Leonards Community Hospital provides a nurse-led Treatment Centre for minor ailments and minor injuries. Local people who are residents of the St Leonards and St Ives parish or have a Dorset GP can attend the centre at any time:

6.30pm - 10.30pm Monday to Fridays.

8.00am to 8pm weekends and bank holidays.

Nurse practitioners accept both referred and walk-in patients, and provide assessment and treatment of undiagnosed minor injuries and ailments. Please note that there are no Xray facilities at the hospital, so if anything is broken, you will need to attend an A&E hospital.hospital waiting room

Alternatively, when your GP surgery is closed, patients can call the Dorset Out of Hours Service for advise on 0845 6001013.

The centre is easily accessible from the westbound A31 between Ferndown and Ringwood. On-site car parking and disable parking is available.

Upon arrival at the centre, our friendly staff will greet you and nursing staff will assist you throughout your treatment. There is a comfortable waiting room, which has a children's area.
